Through practice, patience, and experience I have learned that living a healthy lifestyle is not just about eating good quality food, exercising regularly, sleeping 7-9 hours per night, or drinking enough water. A healthy lifestyle is living a life with self love, mindfulness, gratitude, and positive energy. Life is a different experience with these important aspects.
