    • Thorough examination of what foods you currently have in your pantry, cabinets and refrigerator.
    • Discussion of products suggested to be discarded.
    • Healthier options to replace the discarded items.
    • Education as to why a certain food product should be removed from your kitchen, diet and shopping list.
    • Guidance as to what foods tend to be considered “grazing” foods.
      • These foods are usually consumed between meals, late night snacking, easy to pick and reach, on the go foods. “Grazing” is one of the reasons for weight gain and other health issues and risk factors. Most of these foods are unhealthy and hard to pass up. Better not to have them around for lack of temptation. Swap them for better choices.
