I absolutely love healthy treats when using superfood ingredients.
Food is meant to nourish and heal the body. Choosing foods that are high in nutritional value gives you more bang for your buck.
I love trying out new recipes. It allows me to be creative and come up with new ideas.
Kristen baked this wonderful blueberry pie. It is high in antioxidants and offers a ton of health benefits as it is high in vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and fiber.
The nutrients in blueberries help to fight against the aging process, protect against cancer, boosts brain health, keeps the heart healthy, keeps the skin clear and glowing, supports healthy digestion, and supports and aids in healthy weight maintenance and weight loss.
She baked this blueberry pie for her father’s birthday and it was a complete hit!
